His career is defined by his ability to lead financial transformations, most recently as CFO of XMobots, where he professionalized the financial operations of a global drone manufacturer and supported its growth into one of the world’s leading players in the sector. He holds an academic background in Electrical Engineering and Business, complemented by an MBA in Finance and executive education in Mergers & Acquisitions from Columbia Business School. As Chief Technology Officer, Iakovos Stamoulis is instrumental in defining Semidynamics’ technical roadmap and spearheading the development of its next-generation RISC-V IP. Iakovos brings over 25 years of expertise in semiconductor design and executive leadership, having previously served as CTO at Think Silicon (an Applied Materials company). His career is defined by his success in scaling engineering teams and bringing innovative low-power GPU and AI accelerator technologies to global markets. He holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc from the University of Bristol. As Chief Business Enablement Officer, Eduardo Mata architects the organizational infrastructure required for Semidynamics’ expansion. As VP of Legal, Clara Berenguer aligns Semidynamics’ legal and governance frameworks with its global growth strategy. With over 25 years of experience, including roles as General Counsel in FMCG and SaaS, Clara is an expert in IP strategy, IT law, and regulatory compliance.

A Spanish-qualified lawyer, she holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and Master’s degrees in International Law and Intellectual Property. Her mission is to protect Semidynamics’ innovations as it scales to become a global semiconductor leader.

As Chief Sales Officer, Volker Politz leads Semidynamics’ commercial strategy, overseeing global IP sales, business development, and product marketing. Volker brings over 30 years of executive experience across Europe, Asia, and the U.S., with a distinguished career at industry leaders including Synopsys, Imagination Technologies, and Renesas. He holds a Master’s degree in Communication Electronics from Fachhochschule Konstanz and an MBA from the Open University. As Fellow Engineer, Pedro Marcuello is the primary architect behind Semidynamics’ core technologies, including the Avispado and Atrevido processors. He holds both an MSc and a PhD in Computer Science from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, supported by over 20 patents and 25 technical publications.
