Voicing Opportunities and Influence for the Chip Ecosystem of (fabless) SMEs
VOICES is building the first pan-European association dedicated entirely to fabless semiconductor companies, giving Europe's chip designers a permanent and unified voice in the semiconductor value chain.
Project
Objectives
Establish the European Fabless Semiconductor Association as a permanent, open industry association and coordination platform, incorporated as a non-profit association under Belgian law.
Build a support framework for fabless start-ups, SMEs and mid-caps, providing access to networks, shared market intelligence, investment facilitation and support for EU funding participation.
Give fabless SMEs a structured channel into EU semiconductor policy and governance bodies, so that their needs inform the European Chips Act agenda.
Make the association financially self-sustaining and member-driven, so that it continues to operate beyond the end of the project.
