Bruno brings a sophisticated background in capital markets, having navigated complex IPOs, equity investments, private equity, and hedge fund management. His career is defined by his ability to lead financial transformations, most recently as CFO of XMobots, where he professionalized the financial operations of a global drone manufacturer and supported its growth into one of the world’s leading players in the sector. He holds an academic background in Electrical Engineering and Business, complemented by an MBA in Finance and executive education in Mergers & Acquisitions from Columbia Business School. At Semidynamics, his mission is to drive financial excellence and strategic partnerships that fuel the company’s ascent in the international tech landscape.

As Chief Technology Officer, Iakovos Stamoulis is instrumental in defining Semidynamics’ technical roadmap and spearheading the development of its next-generation RISC-V IP. He serves as a strategic lead for the engineering organization, ensuring that the company’s silicon architectures—from high-performance cores to specialized tensor units—remain at the cutting edge of the AI and HPC markets.

Iakovos brings over 25 years of expertise in semiconductor design and executive leadership, having previously served as CTO at Think Silicon (an Applied Materials company). His career is defined by his success in scaling engineering teams and bringing innovative low-power GPU and AI accelerator technologies to global markets. He holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc from the University of Bristol. At Semidynamics, his mission is to drive the architectural innovations that will establish the company as the global standard for customizable, high-performance computing.

Eduardo Mata joined Semidynamics as Chief Operating Officer to build the operational foundation that world-class AI hardware requires. His mandate spans Supply Chain Operations, HR, and IT — translating the company's technical vision into scalable systems, processes, and a growing team of exceptional people.

His career spans over three decades at the intersection of technology, operations, and transformation, with senior leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies across global markets. Eduardo has built and consolidated large international organizations, managed complex outsourcing programs at scale, and partnered with Product and AI teams to embed intelligent automation into service delivery — consistently turning operational complexity into competitive advantage.

He holds a Master's in Telecommunication Engineering (UPC Barcelona), an MBA (ESADE), and has completed executive programs at IESE Business School, Stanford University, MIT, and INSEAD.

As VP of Hardware, Miquel Izquierdo is instrumental in leading the end-to-end development lifecycle of Semidynamics’ AI systems. From initial architecture to final rack testing, he provides the strategic direction necessary to integrate silicon design, verification, and advanced packaging into a cohesive hardware platform. Miquel serves as a key driver of PPA (Power, Performance, and Area) optimization, ensuring the company’s systems set new industry benchmarks for commercial excellence and global scalability.

Miquel brings deep expertise in performance optimization and system architecture, with a career defined by extracting maximum efficiency from high-density compute environments. He is a specialist in advanced networking, having architected mission-critical interconnect fabrics both on-chip and at the rack-to-rack level. He holds degrees in Computer Engineering and Electronics, complemented by a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California. At Semidynamics, his mission is to deliver a transformative hardware platform that provides the massive computational capacity required for the full realization of large-scale AI.

As VP of Legal, Clara Berenguer aligns Semidynamics’ legal and governance frameworks with its global growth strategy. Serving as a strategic partner to the Board, she ensures that commercial objectives are underpinned by robust legal foundations. With over 25 years of experience, including roles as General Counsel in FMCG and SaaS, Clara is an expert in IP strategy, IT law, and regulatory compliance.

A Spanish-qualified lawyer, she holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and Master’s degrees in International Law and Intellectual Property. Her mission is to protect Semidynamics’ innovations as it scales to become a global semiconductor leader.

As VP of People, Amália Riboldi leads Semidynamics’ People strategy, organizational development, and culture, building the structures, policies, and leadership practices required to support the company’s growth and evolution. She focuses on creating a scalable People organization that strengthens talent, accountability, and corporate culture while ensuring organizational behavior and people practices remain aligned with Semidynamics’ business strategy.

Amália brings over 20 years of experience across HR leadership, organizational transformation, and operations in fast-paced international environments. Her career includes building People functions from the ground up, establishing HR frameworks and policies, developing talent and performance practices, and supporting organizations through periods of significant growth and transformation. She has held leadership roles in companies including Danone, Banco Santander, Privalia, GateGourmet and Latam Airlines, working at the intersection of people, culture, and business performance.

Her broader experience in project and operations management provides her with a strong business perspective and a pragmatic approach to People leadership. She has led complex international initiatives, operational transformations, and large-scale organizational projects, developing a deep understanding of how people, processes, and business objectives must work together to deliver results.

Pedro also serves as a strategic lead for major EU-funded initiatives, including the European Processor Initiative and EUPilot, coordinating complex, multi-organizational research and development.

Pedro brings 25 years of specialized industry expertise, with a distinguished tenure at Intel Labs and Broadcom, where he pioneered advancements in computer graphics, SIMD units, and multithreading. His career is defined by a mastery of hardware-level innovation and a commitment to academic excellence, having served as a Teaching Assistant at UPC and advising several doctoral candidates. He holds both an MSc and a PhD in Computer Science from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, supported by over 20 patents and 25 technical publications. As Fellow Engineer, Victor Moya defines the architectures for Semidynamics’ AI inference and high-performance computing systems. He serves as a strategic lead focused on maximizing performance and efficiency across the entire hardware-software stack. By bridging the gap between hardware modeling and software optimization, Victor ensures that Semidynamics’ solutions deliver industry-leading computational throughput.

Victor brings a distinguished career in processor architecture, honed through key roles at Intel, Broadcom, and Esperanto. His expertise spans GPU hardware design, ISA specification, and memory system architecture, with a mastery of cycle-accurate simulation and RTL design.
