What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary contact for all day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation in HRIS or filing systems.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Collaborate with leadership to create career progression frameworks and support employee development.
- Identify skills gaps and organize training, mentorship, and upskilling programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure competitive, equitable compensation practices.
- Streamline performance reviews and provide managers with tools for effective evaluations and goal-setting.
Requirements- Proven experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, attendance, and leave management, with a strong understanding of compliance and labor laws.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems for managing employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Experience in creating career progression frameworks, identifying skill gaps, and implementing training, mentorship, and upskilling programs.
- Solid knowledge of employee benefits administration and competitive compensation practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with leadership and support performance review processes and goal-setting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with our international and diverse teams.
