Are you passionate about leading high‑level technical teams and fostering an environment of innovation and excellence? At Semidynamics, we’re looking for a Senior Technical Team Manager to lead and develop our technical teams.

What you’ll do
  • Lead a senior technical team, providing both strategic and technical direction.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the bridge between your team, other technical departments, and the business to facilitate the execution of complex projects.
  • Plan and monitor project tasks, ensuring work is allocated efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Drive the professional growth of team members through mentoring and tailored development.
  • Define metrics, processes, and best practices to boost team efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver management reports to track project progress and adherence to timelines.

Requirements

  • Over 6 years of experience in technical environments (software, digital‑electronics hardware, IP or others), including at least 2 years leading teams of 5 or more people.
  • Solid technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to architectural or design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technical projects.
  • Ability to plan, organize and oversee project tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Proven capacity to foster engagement and motivate high‑level technical professionals.
  • Previous experience with high‑speed interfaces is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
