Semidynamics is developing a complete silicon solution targeting AI inference in the cloud using
innovative RISC-V technology and a disruptive memory architecture. This solution is targeted
towards machine learning workloads, specifically LLMs, Agentic AI and general AI compute. The
solution is general enough to also enable High Performance Computing (HPC) workloads to be run
on the Semidynamics accelerator.

Semidynamics is seeking an innovative and driven AI Business Development Specialist to join our
rapidly growing team. In this role, you will focus on identifying new opportunities within the AI sector,
driving adoption of Semidynamics AI solutions, and expanding our market presence.

Your expertise in AI technologies, combined with your passion for business development, will allow
you to engage effectively with clients, understand their unique challenges, and present tailored AI
Silicon solutions to enhance their operations. You will play a vital role in building relationships and
promoting our offerings in this cutting-edge field.

What will you do:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with European AI and HPC key partners and stakeholders.
• Research AI and HPC Datacenter industry trends, competitors, and market gaps to spot growth opportunity areas
• Find and nurture potential clients, partners, and collaborators through networking, outreach, and referrals.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for entering new markets, launching products, and increasing sale prospects
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close new business deals.
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Silicon, Processor Cores) to align strategies and support growth initiatives.
• Track performance, analyze data, and forecast revenue to ensure business goals are met.
